Draft - Rosehip and orange with some apple. Orange clear gold with a decent white head. Light tartness, touch of Apple and grape. Very fruity and light.

Draft - Light ginger and soapy notes. Cloudy straw and a decent white head. Light sweet ginger with pepper notes. Ginger is mellow and balanced. Very dry.

Sample during the "Hoppin’ On Deck" tasting on 05/27/2016. The beer pours a cloudy orange-bronze color with a medium thick foamy white head that recedes gradually to a film. Partial rings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of oak, floral yeast and fruit. Medium body with flavors of vinous oak, herbal yeast, citrus and malt. The finish is mildly funky with a fruity aftertaste. Above average overall.

Sample at the CCBW Six One Pour festival on 05/20/2016. Clear reddish--orange color with a thin white head that dissipates quickly to a sparse outer ring. Short strings of lacing. Floral and fruity aroma with a touch of yeast. Light-bodied with flavors of hibiscus, floral yeast and wheat. The finish is tart with a hibiscus aftertaste. Above average overall.

Refrigerated 75 cl brown bottle poured into a glass. Hazy light orange with medium white head. Aroma is citrus, medium body, medium carbonation, and some lacing. Taste is citrus, yeast, and dry finish. Remebicient of a Saison.

Sample at Daily Growler Powell during the "Cupzilla Korean BBQ & Double IPA Showcase" on 04/01/2016. The beer is a dark brown color with a medium foamy beige head that diminishes gradually to a film. Partial rings of lacing. Aroma of roast malt, hops and chocolate. Medium body with flavors of piney hops, roast malt and dark chocolate. The finish is roasty malt up front with a hoppy aftertaste. Above average overall.

Sample at Kraft House No. 5. The beer pours a clear amber color with a medium off-white head that recedes steadily to a film. Small patches of lacing on the glass. Aroma of malt, caramel and spice. Light to medium body with flavors of chocolate malt, caramel and sweet spice. The finish is sweet with a caramel malt aftertaste. Decent overall.

Sample from cask at the High Gravity Hullabaloo on 02/06/2016. The beer pours a dark brownish-amber color with a medium thin light beige head that recedes quickly to an outer ring. Strings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of oak, yeast and malt. Medium body with flavors of oaky brett, fruity yeast and malt. The finish is mildly funky with a yeast and fruit aftertaste. Interesting and enjoyable beer all around.
