Sample at the taproom. Pours a hazed yellow color with a medium white head that dissipates steadily to an outer ring. Short strings of lacing on the glass. Oaky, spicy, citrusy aroma. Medium body with flavors of funky yeast, vinous oak, citrus and malt. The finish is moderately funky with a citrus and yeast aftertaste. Above average overall.

Sample at the taproom. This beer pours a slightly hazy straw color with a thin white head that diminishes steadily to a wispy film. Stringy lacing on the glass. Aroma of citrus, spices and yeast. Light-bodied and tart with flavors of funky citrus, herbal wheat, oak and malt. The finish is oaky and fruity with a spiced citrus aftertaste. Pretty good all around.

Sample at the Ace Of Cups Moonlight Beerfest on 10/03/2015. Hazy pale golden color with a thin white head that recedes quickly to an outer ring. Spotty lacing. Fruity aroma with some wheat and malt notes. Light body with flavors of mildly funky paw paw, wheat and doughy malt. The finish is fruity with a paw paw fruit aftertaste. Above average overall.

Sample at the Ace Of Cups Moonlight Beerfest on 10/03/2015. Clear yellow-gold color with a medium white head that burns away steadily. Short strings of lacing. Grassy hops and malt in the nose. Light-bodied with flavors of mildly spiced hops, biscuit malt and a bit of fruit. The finish is mildly bitter with a grassy hop aftertaste. Decent overall.

Sample at the Grandview Summer Session on 08/22/2015. Clear reddish-amber color with a medium off-white head that recedes steadily to an outer ring. Stringy lacing. Roasted malt, caramel and mild hops in the nose. Light body with flavors of caramel malt, earthy hops and a touch of fruit. The finish is sweet with a malty aftertaste. Decent overall.

Light-bodied and creamy with flavors of chocolate malt, mild coffee and a touch of earthy hops. The finish is smooth with a bittersweet chocolate aftertaste. Above average overall.
