Dies ist wohl das geschmackärmste Bier, das ich am Salón Piva 2018 getrunken habe. Ich hätte es schon fast als Blanche bezeichnet, aber die witbier-typischen Gewürznoten sind wohl vorhanden und auch recht gut komponiert. Es mag nicht so intensiv sein, aber geschmacklich ist es voll ok. Es ist auch mein erstes Bier aus dem Žilinský kraj, womit ich endlich aus jedem kraj (enspricht einem Bundesland) der Slowakei ein Bier getrunken habe.

Bottle. Not exactly my favourite. Rotten apples character, muddled hoppiness. Too much caramelly flavour. Not clean at all. They can do better.

Bottle. Med-high bitterness, moderate body, rather low carbonation. Moderate caramelly syrupy malt character, not so much perceived sweetness though (being overpowered by the malt). The hops character is somewhat muddled, needs more bubbles to take it out. Moderate citrusy character. Also light solventy fusel alcohols though. Overall average-good.

Bottle. Quite traditional dry stout. Thin bodied, moderate carbonation. Lots of roasty coffeeish flavours, relatively clean. Easy drinking.

Tap at Salon piva. Quite standard wit, subtle in character, but it got all the classic elements. Orange peel, coriander. Easy drinking, tasty. Good.

On tap at the brewpub. Nice coffee aroma with roasted malts. Pours ruby on edges, thin beige head. Lightly sour, coffeish, dry. Good.

On tap at brewery. Looks like a stout, aroma is somewhat sweet, somewhat caramel. As of taste it’s difficult to find coffee parte, but again caramel is in. I’m not stout lover but this comes to me as an average.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours hazy goldish with thin off-white head. Aroma lead by sweet citruses. Tastes sweet (?) light to medium bitter, low hops. Why?

On tap at the brewpub. Pours hazy yellow with thin white head. Nice hoppy aroma with citruses. Taste is medium bitter, hoppy, bit watery. It's okay, for summer definitely.
