Vrchne kvasené pivo, typické pre Anglicko. Naša EPA má tmavšiu oranžovo-karamelovú farbu. V chuti sú karamelové tóny v úzadí a do popredia sa dostáva zemitosť, trávnatosť a jemná pikantnosť anglických odrôd chmeľov. Celkový dojem v závere podčiarkuje určitá kvasnicová esterovosť a príjemné stredne intenzívne horké doznievanie.

Amber color thick fine white head. Flavor of caramel malts, juicy cereal, plum, roasted bread and english hops. Simple overall silky textire flat carbonation, fits the style well. Finish of salty caramel and nuts, vague almond, grass and flowers. Quite intense bitterness in the finish . Pretty nice.

0.33 bottle. Messy pale ale with some fruits and faint hoppy character. Quite unpleasant tbh.

Small and nice bottle from Brewery in Liptovsky Mikulas. Piana grubo ziarnista, dosc spora, niczym to co robi Ella Gilbert. Metnawe o odcieniu jasnej czerwieni bursztynowej, pachnie zywica lesna i irysami zarazem. Lekka goryczka, miodowa koncowa faza.

Tap. Malty aroma and taste, yeast, light hoppy notes, biscuit, hay and caramel notes, light to medium bitter. Medium body, malty bitter finish. Ok.

On tap at Žil Verne Bratislava. Unclear orange/golden coloured, medium sized white head, light caramel in the nose. Toasted malt, light caramel, weak herbal hoppy and short bitterish finish. Rather boring brew.

0.5 l growler from 'Beer Station' (Lamač). Clear, dark amber with a beige layer. Sweetish, malty, slightly herbal-grassy and a bit fruity aroma of tea leaves, marmelade and some caramel. Moderately sweet, gently bitter, malty, slightly herbal-grassy and a little fruity taste of caramel, tea leaves, marmelade and traces of pine, followed by a short, moderately bitter, quite herbal-grassy finish. Medium body, smooth and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Pretty well done, nice English character, quite enjoyable.
