Not entirely sure how to classify this one, sounds like a Gose, but more an ale. Milky yellow with a solid head. Aroma is salty cucumber. Flavour is tangy veg, citrus base, refreshing finish. Gives me flashbacks to gurke beer, only much better.

Draught at the Brewpub. Pale lemon with a medium head. Aroma of watermelon and salt. Flavour is watermelon basil and salt, probably not enough salt for my liking but good all the same.
