About
Granite Falls Brewery is a 30BBL/(40BBL) craft beer production facility. We brew onsite and within sight while you indulge your senses in our Southern Gastropub restaurant and attached Tasting Room. Our brewpub features a wraparound 103-foot-long tasting counter, and serves as a world-class music venue. Eclectic artifacts dress the spaces for those with an itch for the odd or unique.

Draft at the source. Murky reddish gray color, more than somewhat off putting. Nice strawberry aroma with bright fresh pepper flesh. Taste is softly sour berries and chili pepper heat in a combo that works well together. The creative surprise beer of the day.

Draft at the source. Dark brown color, light tan head. Earthy coffee aroma. Taste is dark roast coffee, some rough edges. Light body. decent enough.

Draft at the source. Crystal clear pale yellow color, scant head. Cilantro dominates all in this one, even the lime. Lime is there, and slightly more prominent than any lager characteristic which have pretty much been cilantrofied. I like cilantro, but this was a bit much.

Bottle. Hazy golden color, coca color head, see pic please. Pear comes through nicely in both the aroma and the taste, maybe some vanilla, maybe some lemon. Soft subtle sourness. Easy drinking.
