On tap at the source. Just a touch of haze in a light gold beverage with a thin bubbly white head that quickly becomes just a ring on top. Lemony tart with bits of cherry and pineapple. Pretty tasty.

On tap at the source. Dark brown almost opaque with a thin white ring of bubbles around the edge of the glass. Toasty light caramel and dark cocoa with earthy spicy hop and phenol to counter. Pretty nice dark saison

On tap at the source served with a lime wedge. Mostly clear light amber color with a thin bubbly white head that slowly dissipates. Rich crackery bready malt bits of earthy floral hops and a bit of lime. Pretty easy drinker.

8 oz at Cask On! With chamomile. Aroma smells like Sleepytime tea. Soft malt backbone with mild chamomile. It is ok.

Cask On, 3/30/24. Quite cloudy yet. Tangerine-amber. Small, off-white head, moderate retention. Nose is interesting. Meaty, earthy, lightly tannic chamomile. Bready, yeasty. Malty, with zippy spice from the herb. Much better than the nose suggests. Excellent melt depth and attenuation. Spicy, rich, balanced.

4 oz draft. Aroma and flavor are a match. Mild herb and a distinct pineapple note that lasts throughout the sip. Light body and easy to down.
