Sample at the source. Hazy almost murky light yellow in color like grapefruit juice. Rich apple with a light brown sugary sweetness. Very cleanly made tasty cider.

Sample at the source. Big coffee aroma and flavor but never harsh like some coffee brews. Sweet honey backs it up nicely, a touch of warming alcohol reminds you to respect the brew. Very nicely done!

Sample at the source. Lightly hazy dark yellow color with a wisp of white bubbles on top. Lots of ginger tends to drown out the pineapple. Faint apple aroma and flavor. Different, not normally what I would go for, but strangely addictive

Taster sample at the source. Deep brick red with a hint of hazy to it. Apple and tart berries on the aroma and in the flavor. This is quite tasty and Michele enjoyed it too.

Sample at the source Mostly clear pink rose with a smattering of bubbles on the glass. Strawberry and lemon aroma and flavor with a hint of sweet honey behind it. Tasty and crushable.

On tap at Ancient Fire, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out treacle notes, along with heavy cold brew coffee. Flavour is heavy sweet, with lots of cold brew coffee, treacle toffee, and wildflower honey. Sweet and dominated by the coffee. Fun stuff.

On tap at Ancient Fire, pours a clear bright pinkish red with a small white head. Aroma brings out sweet grape juice. Flavour is similar, tasting basically like the grape juice, with a touch of honey character. Not impressive and very cheap.

On tap at Ancient Fire, pours a hazy blonde with a tiny white head. Aroma is subtle, with dry honey and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is light-medium sweet, with light beehive character and subtle wildflower honey. Lightly sweet and crisp finish. Decent for a session.
