For out to taster at the source. Straw yellow color. Aroma is mild honey with a note of flowers. Taste is very mild honey, week floral, tingly carbonated mouth feel.

4 ounce sample at the source. Kind of a deep Marie brownish gold color. Great aroma of coffee bean and honey. Balance of earthy coffee and honey works, good mouthfeel. This one wins hands down

For example at the source. The parents as a slightly hazy pale yellow. Aroma is light passion fruit and a weird herbal hop. The mix of fruit and hops is pretty good.

4 ounces at the source. Color is a light purplish red. Nice berry medley, mild blue, blackberry, honey. Carbonation is very different on the mouthfeel. Not bad.

Mild easy honey, tingle on the mouthfeel. Mildly sweet, clean finish. The carbonated affect on what is a traditional still liquid, is odd.

Sample at the Meadery Clear light golden color with a few bubbles in the glass. Sweet honey light tart citrus and faint chili flavor and heat. Tasty mead but I would have liked a bit more fruit and spice.

Sample at the source. Just shy of brilliantly clear light golden color with a couple of bubbles on top. Sweet fermented honey on the nose and flavor, clean well made just shy of semi sweet. Well done tasty tradition crushable mead.
