Tap at source. Cherry and raisin malt aroma. Dark brown color with small head. Very sweet bourbon, cherry malt and moderately bitter herbal hops. Very nice - really picked up the bourbon flavor.

Draft. Golden body with a fizzy, white head. Grassy aroma with notes of wheat, honey, flowers. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly to moderately sweet and lightly to moderately bitter. Medium body, smooth texture, moderate carbonation. Raw grain in the taste along with honey and wheat. Simple and a bit unclean, but nice enough for the house session ale.

Draft. Deep brown body with red highlights. Small, tan head. Aroma of toffee, alcohol, toasted grain, herbs. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly to moderately sweet and lightly to moderately bitter. Medium body, watery/velvety texture that is lightly sticky in the finish, moderate carbonation. The balance favors the sweet malts (with some flavors of raw grain). A bit boozy in the finish, with peppery alcohol notes.

On tap at Local Option. Pours a clear amber red with a white head that lasts throughout and laces. Aroma has a good amount of grassy pine with backing sweet grain and a bit of alcohol. Flavor is grassy throughout with a bit of resin and sweet grains backing.

On tap at Local Option. Pours a clear amber brown with a brown head that dissipates to the edges and laces slightly. Aroma has a light smoke note w roasted malts and a bit of salty meat. Flavor has a bit of coffee with roasted malts and a good amount of coffee.
