0.33 l bottle at Gradec Film Fest. Had it on tap before but haven't rated for some reason. Pale golden, minimal head. Very white wine-like, clear acidity, light apple, light floral touch. Dry, acidic, sour. Gentle. Moderate to high carbonation. Light finish.

Keg at To Je To Caffe Bar, Split, 27/04/19. Pale yellow with a white cap that soon dissipates. Nose is apple pulp, straw, subtle elderflower, grass. Taste comprises bitter sweet apple, light splash of elderflower cordial, tickle of funky apple, straw. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Not bad.

Bottle at Black Dog, Split, 26/04/19. Pale, veering towards translucent yellow, with a thin white head that soon dissipates. Nose is candied apples, straw, grass, light wood. Taste comprises bittersweet apples, light tannins, grass, trace of funk, light sugars. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, drying close. Decent enough cider.

Pale greenish colour, moderate to a big white head. Apple pie, cinnamon, spice. Subtle apple in flavour, dry finish. Light to medium body, refreshing. Good use of spices.

Bottle, 0.33l. Clear pale yellow pour, no head. Lots of visible carbonation. Nose is fermented apple juice, mild wine notes, some fruity tart. Thin to medium body, soft carbonation. Dry mouthfeel, average texture. Sour taste with subtle sweet notes beneath. Aroma of fermented apples and lime. Fruity tart, wine-like aftertaste. Dry, yet also a bit sticky. Short to medium finish. Pretty good cider. Simple and refreshing.

Bottle, 0.33l. Cloudy pale yellow pour, one finger soapy white head. Short lasting, no lacing. Very fizzy, lots of visible carbonation. Sweet on the nose with apple and cinnamon notes. Thin body, medium carbonation. Light mouthfeel, watery texture. Mostly sweet taste with slight fruity tart. Sugary sweet, sticky mouthfeel. Dry. Aroma of fermented apple juice and cinnamon. Sugar, slight citrus tart. Candy aftertaste. Medium lasting finish. Not bad. A bit on the sweet side, personally I prefer more sour taste. Still, good cider, especially if you're a sweet-tooth.

On tap at Craft Room, Zagreb. Clear pale golden, short lasting small white head. Apples, elderflower, moderate sweetness while quite cold, light soft apple tartness. Light+ bodied.

Bottle, thanks Tomislav! Greenish-golden clear body. Full, nice aroma, sweetish green apples, light tart notes. Light juicy taste, green apples, tart, dry, actually quite refreshing, on the vinuous side. Nice enough cider!
