On tap at Serpentine, pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma is fairly salty, with light mango and a hint of spiciness. Flavour is very salty, with spicy habanero, with light mangos and some fruitiness. Fruity, spicy and salty. Fun cider.

On tap at Serpentine, pours a clear golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out light pineapple and a hint of spicy peppers. Flavour is along the same lines, with light pineapple and subdued grapefruit. Citric and moderately sweet finish. Solid.

On tap at Serpentine, pours a cloudy golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out lavender, floral notes, and light dry apples. Flavour brings out lavender and cinnamon upfront, with dry spices, especially cinnamon, and dry apple core. Spicy and dry, with not much sweetness. Solid.

On tap at Serpentine, pours a cloudy dark reddish chestnut brown with a small white head. Aroma brings out pithy raspberries and blackberries, and light earth. Flavour is super fruity, with loads of raspberries and light blackberries, with a hint of pith and minor acidity. Really wonderfully done. Excellent.
