Taster flight at Castleburg. Pale golden pour, half finger white foamy head. Aroma Is light Belgian yeast, floral, bready. Taste stats the course, mirroring the aroma. Seems thin and quite forgettable

Taster at brewery. Clear copper colored our, filmy head, solid lacing. Malty aroma with a cloying sweetness. Taste is piney, way too hoppy for an ESB. Another one that's hard to finish.

Taster flight at brewery. Clear golden pour, small white foamy head. Sweet, malty aroma with a hint of coffee. Taste is bready, nice weight and a hint of bitterness. Coffee not mentioned in the description , but that would explain the bitterness.

Pint can shared by maniac at our 5/1/22 tasting. Dark brown, large fizzy tan head, good retention. Aroma of roast, band-aid, cherry, oats. Taste is roast, oats, sunflower, chocolate. Something awry is brewing, but for now, it's a nice beer.
Slight hazy golden body medium foamy white head. Fruity citrus aroma. Fruity citrus floral flavor. Light body moderately low carbonation. 7/3/7/4/15 3.6

Roast and nut. Pretty close to a stout, which makes for a superior brown. Sharp grain and roast. Blackish dark brown pour. Bitter end with a slight tangy aftertaste. Tap at brewery
