Can to snifter.
Appearance: dark brown close to black in the glass with a finger's worth of off white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: huge amounts of cardamom, subtle vanilla, sweet caramel/toffee tones; roasty coffee tones; light nuttiness
Flavor: leads with the cardamom spice then incorporates some of the sweet blends of the prior noted aromas; mild finish of nutty to coffee to cardamom
Texture: medium bodied, leaning to be a sipper; some smoothness but also some aggressive cardamom tones
Overall: the most balanced part of this whole beer is in the finish but other than that, there's a lot of cardamom in this beast.

Can to tulip.
Appearance: milky yellow cloudiness with a finger and a half of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: light mango to danky/weedy tones; slight citrusy hoppiness coming out; subtle biscuity malts
Flavor: leans towards the danky sweet side but some mango/citrusy hop vibes make a decent effort to balance; sly finish of danky to mango tones
Texture: light to medium bodied, somewhat sessionable; some smoothness but also some hop assertiveness
Overall: nicely done IPA worthy of returning to.

Appearance: dark brown close to black in color with a quickly dissipating head which didn't leave any lace
Aroma: sweet cherries - subtle tart character of them underneath; the vanilla bean sweetness is nicely there; milk chocolate; subtle dark roasty coffee tones
Flavor: combines the prior noted aromas together in a semi-sweet sort of way with a mild roasty tone underneath; finishes with the cherries, raspberries and chocolatey notes
Texture: medium bodied, trying to be a sipper but seems to fall a touch short; light smoothness but also a touch of roasty grind in there too
Overall: pretty nice pastry impy stout worthy of coming back to.

Appearance: orange haziness with a quickly dissipating head which didn't leave much lace to barely any lace
Aroma: some peachy to apricot-like hoppiness; subtle sweet grassy hops; light lemon hop tones; some earthiness
Flavor: leans slightly to the sweet side initially then opens up into a mild bittersweet quality; sly finish of the peachy/apricot/grassy to lemony hoppiness

Overall: good IPA I might be willing to try again.

On tap at Vermont Tap House, Williston, VT on 10/07/2017.
Appearance: dark copper/auburn color with a one finger white foamy head which slid off nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: toasted nuts, light vanilla, dark fruits, caramel/toffee character, dark bread and toast
Flavor: pretty much mirrors the aroma to combine in a mostly sweet sort of way; finishes semi-nutty and malty with the dark fruits and dark bread
Texture: medium bodied, leaning towards being a sipper; fairly smooth along the tongue
Overall: nicely going doppelbock I'd return to if I could.

Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas together in a good sweet way; mild finish of the milk chocolate
Texture: medium bodied, good as a sipper; pretty smooth along the tongue
Overall: pretty nice imperial stout I'd be willing to come back to.

From tap at Culmination, Portland. Aroma is fruity dark berries, currant, bready malt, with soft hoppy notes. Flavour is a little sweet from the fruits and mild bitter. Body is medium. Not as IPA as I expected, I’d call this Hopberry Pale Ale. Either way, this is pleasant.

From tap at Culmination, Portland. Collaboration with Portland-based ^5 Cider. Aroma is nicely juicy with strong tropical notes including mango and guava. Bit wheaty? Flavour is tart and light sourish. Body is light to medium. Easy light fruit sour, As Tampert would say: Ein Tropical Drink.

From tap at Culmination, Portland. Aroma is soft fruity hops with biscuity malt, light fruity with a little pine and bready malt. Flavour is mild sweetish and medium bitter. Body is medium. Aroma made me think this was rather an APA, it’s a bit restrained.
