Moderately hazy, deep straw blonde colored beer has a slight bronze tint and a foamy, medium sized white head showing average retention.
Light cereal grains, fresh yeast (minerals) and very woodsy and herbal hop notes are immediately endearing. There’s definite influence from the usual suspects (citrus, light pine) but it’s only part of the makeup. Leafy, dank and with tons of hay, straw, cracker and such. No alcohol or flaw.
A light shot of honey and bittersweet pine unfold on the palate before lightly catty citrus and spicey/dank notes takeover. Appropriately watery but with a very grainy texture as well. Very dry with moderate bitterness and very light juiciness. Awesomely drinkable and needs just a little more maltiness (not sweetness, just better extraction) to be truly great.

From tap. Pours clear and golden deep amber to brown, small tan head. Aroma is phenolic, fruity, toasted malty. Caramelish, breadish, toasted. Light phenolic. Dry and malty finish.

From tap. Pours clear and golden orange with a small off white head. Aroma is malty and slight herbal. Sweet malty, breadish, light biscuity. Toasted, dark malty and breadish. Dry and roasted finish.

From tap. Pours clear and golden amber with a small off white head. Aroma is smoked and roasted. Mild smoked, bacon to keaty. Smooth caramelish and roasted. Bitter and toasted finish.

From tap. Pours pitch black with a small off white and creamy head. Aroma is dark roasted malt, slight burned. Herbal, dry, roasted. Bitter and dark roasted into the finish. Persisting herbal note.

From tap. Pours hazy yellow to orange with a small white head. Aroma is crisp, peachy and soldid grapefruity. Smooth fruity, bitter, crisp hoppy. Dry, bitter amd fruity far finish.

From tap. Pours murky orange with a small white head. Aroma is mild spiced, light grassy to citrusy hoppy too. Crisp hoppy, light estery. Dry, bitter and slight fruity hoppy finish.

From tap. Pours hazy to murly yellow with a small white head. Aroma is mild fruity. Smooth fruity, crisp hoppy. Bitter, citrusy. Mild grassy. Dry and bitter far finish.

From tap. Pours cloudy orange to yellow, small white head. Aroma is peachy, slight pine hoppy. Crisp hoppy, fruity, peachy and grapefruity. Smooth crisp fruity far finish.
