Nonic pint draft at the brewpub in Brooklyn, New York. The pour is a clear golden amber with a smallish off white head. The aroma is sweet cracker biscuit malt followed by some grass. The taste is a blend of sweetish malt and dry grass earth in the finish. The palate is medium to light bodied with a lower carbonation level. Lingering dry sweet floral finish.
