At the brewpub: Aside of the cheesy name, this was actually a rather pleasant Czech pilsner. Pour is golden with a white head. Aroma is grassy, bready, biscuit, and some sugar. Taste is moderately bitter. Light sweet balance to it. Nice body. Well done.

At the brewpub on cask: Pours golden with a white head (cask looking of course). Aroma is mostly coconut, but also some bread. The cask level of carbonation gives this beer a nice texture that pairs well with the milky coconut flavors. Easy to drink and interesting. Good show.

Keg & Lantern, Brooklyn tap: Pours a murky yellow with a white head. Aroma is bubblegum, spice, and some hefty fruitiness. Taste is moderately sweet. It has a nice and spicy bite to it. This is a rather standard Belgian Wit, but one that is executed well enough.

At brewpub: Pours orange with a white head. Aroma is strongly that of citrus hops. Pretty nice and aromatic on that point. The taste is much the same. Light bitterness, but substantial amount of citrusy bite to it. Body is that of a lager if you think about it, but sometimes I’d be hardpressed to tell the difference.
