Bond Brothers Beer Company began in 2011 - Born from the collective work of Whit Baker, Jeremy Bond, and Jay Bond. What started on a 15 gallon homemade brew system has since grown to a 10 barrel system, capable of producing a wide variety of ales, sours, and lagers. Located in downtown Cary, NC, BBBC is a great place to come and enjoy a locally crafted beer. With a spacious brewery and taproom, as well as an outdoor beer garden, there is room for all beer lovers!

Bottle shared at Lucky Bamboo share. Pours a deep ruby light brown with a finger of foam that dissipates. Red currants, cherry and oak aromas dominate with a slight vinegar edge that rears its head as it warms. Quite tart on the palate with more currant and cherry notes. Lingering tart funk and cherry that lingers.

Can thanks to Chow. Pours a dark brown with medium beige head that lasts. The aroma is strong cinnamon, cocoa, roast, vanilla. Slick body, toasted malt, cinnamon, bitter finish, very good.

Draft at pour taproom in Durham. Pours brown. Fruity nutty aroma. Flavor is bitter roasted nuts, hazelnut, coffee beans. Aroma is better than flavor.

Bottle (Blend #1). Orange, lemon, biscuit malt, sour milk, and light fresh hay aroma. Hazy golden yellow with moderate head. Tart lemon/orange, biscuit malt, moderately sour lactic acid and mildly bitter hay flavor. Good body. Very nice.
