Pours lightly hazy reddish/orange/light pink color with a 1-2 finger dense and fluffy light pink head with good retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings around the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation retaining the head. Aromas of big lightly tart raspberry, lemon, lime, pineapple, pear, fruit skin/seeds, basil, herbal, wheat, bread, hay, grass, light musty funk, and herbal/yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of fruity/spicy yeast, raspberry/basil, and moderate pale malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big lightly tart raspberry, lemon, lime, pineapple, pear, fruit skin/seeds, basil, herbal, wheat, bread, hay, grass, light musty funk, and herbal/yeast earthiness. Light-moderate fruity/acidic tartness and yeast spiciness on the finish; with lingering notes of tart raspberry, lemon, lime, pineapple, pear, fruit skin/seeds, basil, herbal, wheat, bread, hay, grass, light musty funk, and herbal/yeast earthiness on the finish for a while. Damn nice complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/spicy yeast, raspberry/basil, and moderate pale malt flavors; with a great malt/tart/spiciness balance, and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Light dryness from tart/spiciness as well. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, moderate creamy/grainy, and lightly acidic/tannic balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 5%. Overall this is an excellent fruited Brett wild ale! All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/spicy yeast, raspberry/basil, and moderate pale malt flavors; very smooth and easy to drink with the balanced tartness. Definitely needs more time for the Brett character to develop further, but there is still a really nice profile right now. A very enjoyable offering.

Bottle - Fruity and funky notes. Cloudy gold with a small white head. Nice tart stone fruit and a fruity finish. Nice.
