16 oz can poured into a nonic pint glass. Slightly hazy amber with 1.5 fingers of off-white head. Aromas of malt, caramel, brown sugar, a sort of caramelized yam smell. Tastes of caramel, malt, a little biscuit, light spice. Medium body with a dry finish. Solid for the style.

Draft at the DC Beer Festival in Nationals Stadium. Poured a slightly hazy, bright, vibrant golden color with a medium sized foamy white head atop it. Aroma was light crisp sweet malts, some mild hops. Flavor was about the same, decent golden, refreshing and crisp. Sessionable.

Draft at the DC Beer Festival in Nationals Stadium. Poured a dark, clear amber color with a medium sized white head. Aroma was some nutty, caramel notes. Sweet malt body, with some light earthy hops to it. Decently sessionable.
