Bottle poured into a shaker. Pours a slightly hazy light amber with a figner of off-white head. Aroma of caramel with just a hint of milk chocolate. Taste is light bitter and follows the aroma. Medium bodied with a decently creamy texture. Lively carbonation and a decently long finish. Overall, not bad. Drinkable and enjoyable, but nothing to seek out.

bottle poured into a shaker. Pours a dark amber with an orange hue and loads of chunkies floating around. Hmmm.... Aroma of caramel malt and dank hops. Taste is medium bitter. resinous hops and a little honey. Full bodied with a thick texture. Carbonation on the fizzy side and a decently long finish. Overall, meh. Drinkable but kinda weird. Nothing to seek out.

12oz bottle-lt tan head with trailing lace-hazy to cloudy amber/orange with particulants in the last part of the bottle. A-resin, citrus-orange, med malt-toasty. T-follows. Nice.

12oz bottle. Some chill haze, but looks to be a filtered orange-tan body with a thin off-white head. Amber malt forward all the way. Chewy sweet cherry wood flavor. Middle of the road.

12 bottle. Unfiltered orange-copper color. Steady creamy off-white head. Really well balanced. No new schools citra/garlic hops. just a really nice classic American IPA. Drinkable, but still has a nice depth. Straightforward, but well done.

12oz bottle. Hazy yellow-tan body, thin oily head. Some buttery graininess in the aroma and taste. A pretty shabby example of a true Kolsch, not so intolerable for a US Blonde. A beer I will never revisit intentionally.

12oz bottle. Right off the bat I like this beer because it has an almost proper ABV, and the proper color of a of English Mild. "Just for fun". The taste isn’t really authentic, leans a little into the roast malt. Fruitcake, plum, chocolate..lots of mellow fruity ale tones. Rich caramel sweetness. OK.

Winterfest 2013. From a cask. This beer has the most mint I have ever tasted or smelled in a beer. Intense mint flavor, with chocolate. Sweet, but I don’t think this falls into the sweet stout category. Rich palate and low carbonation. Lightly hopped. This is the kind of beer Mankato should continue making.

Pours a brownish-red with mid-sized head. Hop and grain aroma--some earthy, almost metallic odors as well. Flavor is dominated by a grainy maltiness, with a pretty bitter finish. Not a particularly smooth or tasty beer.
