Growler, pours a hazy dark pinkish amber with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of pithy raspberries, medium lacto and soapy notes. Flavour is along the same lines, with soap, lacto and pithy berries. Jammy, pithy and soapy. Decent.

Poured from a 750 ml bottle. Aroma has a strong yogurt, cheese and butter profile to it. Moderate blackberry notes with some light lemon character. Light red wine and hints of oak. Reminds me a lot of blackberry Yoplait. Pours a hazy purple color with a medium sized, moderately thick and fizzy, pink head that displays good retention. Medium lacing and no legs. Flavor has a moderate acidity with a light sweetness. Lots of blackberry flavors with some faint tannins and stem and leaf phenolics. Lighter yogurt, cheese and butter notes than in the aroma, but they are still very much present. Medium light red wine notes with some lighter oak. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, nice berry and barrel notes, but it feels like the beer was rushed and the yogurt, cheese and butter notes were never given a chance to clear out.
