Sample bottle at 30 Salón Gourmets (thanks, Kike). Pours dark amber, almost brown. Tan head, heavy lacing. Aroma is candy, biscuit, honey, cinnamon, Seville orange rind, herbs. High carb. Taste is dry, very bitter, medium to long finish.

Dorada bastante clara, nebulosa. No mucha espuma. Rico aroma lupulado, notas de naranja y mandarina. En boca tiene un sabor delicado y muy rico. Base malteada y muy lupulada, frutal y resinosa. Melocotón, mandarina. Bastante amarga y muy bebible. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Caña en el Lupulo 09..03..2016. (r11). Color dorado poca espuma Blanca. Aromas y sabores maltas algo arrugadas con toques herbaceos algo resinoso s más o menos persistentes. Ligeras notas de juniperos y algo de anises. Cuerpo medio. Buena.

Botella 33 cl tomada en el momento en la pasada 05..04..2016. Embotellada 27..05..2016. Color ámbar miel claro turbio con espuma Blanca. Aromas y sabores algo afrutados ligeramente cítricos y piel de naranja. Amargo ya un poco pasado con bastantes toques maltosos y lupulos ya algo pasados. Habría que tomarla más fresca. Normal.

Pours pale golden, a little hazy, with green tones. Head is off-white, huge but not long-lasting. Aroma is low but nice: herbs, citrus, a little butter. Fresh, light, good low carb. Slightly bitter finish, not long at all.

At 30 Salón de Gourmets (Madrid 2016). Pours dark hazy amber with dense off-white head. Deep aromas of mango, passionfruit, apricot and Seville orange. Taste is dry, fresh and very bitter, with a very long-lasting finish.

Pours deep copperish amber with huge ivory head, some lacing. Intense aromas of apricot, mango, orange, peach and bitter herbs. Taste is dry, fresh, very hoppy and sheer bitter. Long persistence. Nice ale (don’t forget to check out the puns on the deScription and the beer-swimming little otter on the label, they’re fantastic).
