Аромат сразу впечетляет своей сильнйо кислинкой, причем с каким то лимонным оттенком, также хмель, травянистость, немного ягод. Цвет почти не мутный, пена средняя, быстро падает. Вкус тоже весьма сбалансированный. Хмель сильный но он не сбивает кисло лимонные оттенки вкуса. Также немного травянистости снова, как будто от листок смородины, сама смородина белая тоже на месте. Отмечу сильную карбонизацию. В целом хорошая ипа.

Draft @ El Birrot.
Dorée, pâle, col blanc crémeux tenace.
Arôme est frais, houblonné, appuyé par le malté - agrumes, finement herbacé en rétro avec une finalité sur les agrumes.
Palais est assez classique - malt pâle / pils, léger houblonné, sec sur des notes d'agrumes. Petite pointe épicée et herbace plus sur le fruit tropical en retrait. Une des classiques de Dougalls qui produit plusieurs IPA sur une inspiration classique avant la grande vague de haze.

Bottle, 5%. Good refreshing dusty and citric aroma. Hazy golden colour. Small white head. The flavour has lemon, lime, vanilla, dust, malt. Lemony finish. Clean and refreshing.

Bottle, 4.2%. Good refreshing hop aroma with a whiff of lemon. Hazy golden colour. Ok stable white head. The flavour is citric with a hint of lemon. Dusty malt base. Quite light flavour, but ok for the ABV, I guess.

Bottle, 6.4%. Good spicy hop note with a hint of human sweat. Hazy golden colour. Good stable frothy white head. The flavour is grapefruity and spicy with a good spicy hop note, hint of vanilla and cat urine. High bitterness, but clean.

Bottle at The Grapmophone bar, peuerto de la Cruz a lot of roasted malts, some molassses, balanced by a ambitious us hoppy like hoppy bitterness. flavor is quite rosted malty, lots of bitterness from malts too, hops a bit more in the backgrond.
