Bottle from El Coleccionista, Gijon, Asturias, Spain, Wednesday 25th June 2014 Pours hazy gold with a large foamy head. Slightly sharp citrussy nose, tangy and a little sharp citrussy bite, I quite like this but wonder if the sharpness is intentional. Lemony with a brusque fizzy bitter bite. A6 A4 T7 P3 Ov14 3.4
