Pricey 500ml bottle from Appalachian. Batch 2, produced in 2016. 10% ABV. No cellar time. Baby Duvel glass @home. Faded peach iced tea sort of color. Not quite clear. Duvel bubbles. Smells caramel-y, lightly tart, dark cherry fruit(or hibiscus). Not super dense or packed with cherries, but smells genuine. Bourbon-caramel, tannic but bland apples, tart cherry juice that is way too light. Lingering pith despite the overwhelming booze. Forgettable apples. At least it isn't sweet. Thin, okay bubbles, too boozy, too expensive. Nope.
