On tap at the market district. Clear pale. Nose is fresh lager. First taste is a little fruit up front followed my a mild phenolic aftertaste. I'm not talking about the typical bitter of real kolsch, something else. In the middle this astringent character builds. Same with the finish, almost gets annoying. This stuff starts off really nice then evolves into something else.

Had this on tap at Mad Mex. Except to say this is a terribly on style IPA, just like most of the insurr brews, this one has a mild hop perfume nose with a big almost phenolic bitter bite up front. So bitter, so rude. Its totally flat, mouthcoating, viscous, and comes across as nasty as a double imperial IPA. Terribly terribly on style. So, if you like IPA, you need to put this on yer bucket list. My terrible rating just means this stuff will be highly treasured by any real IPA lover.

On tap at mad mex. Whew, this stuff is terribly on style for an IPA. Nose is rather neutral. Start of with a dirty earth tasting bitter bomb. Difficult rubbery flavor. Big on style happy bastard bullshit. Insurrection really knows how to ruin yer taste buds! Like IPA? You gotta try this fresh, whew.

On tap at mad mex in robinson, nice place. Cleaner IPA nose of hop perfume. Taste is certainly typical bitter IPA hops. Has a little fruit back inside. Not extremely rude compared to many domestic IPA. Slight pale haze. A little rubbery on the taste buds near the finish.
