Our love of craft beer is huge, as is our love of Lake Anne and Reston, which ultimately lead us to this mission: To create a community-focused taproom, brewing small-batch, hand-crafted beer, and to serve it up lakeside on our amazing deck and patio overlooking beautiful Lake Anne.

Light roast and a hint of caramel. Subtle and well done, easy drinking and solid. If all breweries made such nice, drinkable beer rather than wild styles it would be a nice change. Brown pour with ok head. Tap at brewpub.

Live-Work-Play IPA from Lake Anne Brew House

Pine and grapefruit. Some peel. Golden amber pour with good head and lacing. Bitter finish. Nice balance, and better than average IPA. Tap at brewpub.

4 oz pour on draft at Lake Anne with DCLawyer on opening weekend. Moments before he started reciting the lyrics to Mustang Sally. Dark brownish black with light tan head. Not much on the aroma, some dark chocolate but otherwise pretty bland. Tastes of dark chocolate, roasty notes, light licorice, light root beer/sarsaparilla. Medium body with a dry finish.
