Description
We are a microbrewery located in Berkeley Springs, WV. We brew a large variety of ales made from the mineral water of the Warm Springs. The Bath Water Brewpub located in the same building offers a full pub menu that includes beer braised fresh pulled pork and brisket, beer cheese and deli sandwiches prepared on site. Our pub also offers our house Vanilla Bean Root Beer and Kombucha as well as wines and other distilled spirits. Try one of our hoptails “specialty beer cocktails” for a unique taste experience. We are Nonsmoking and family friendly (til 9 pm).

Orange peel and a little pine. Golden pour with ok head. Bitter end with a touch of citrus tang. Bit of an odd zing at the end. Can.

12oz can thanks to weihenweizen. Pours cloudy golden with a medium sized white head, good lacing. Floral, mild sour, herbal, Brett and lemon. I like it, but I don't think this is what it's supposed to be. I'm almost positive this has Brett in it.

Refrigerated 12 oz. aluminum can, canned February 16, 2019 poured into a glass. Dark copper with medium beige head. Aroma is apple, medium body, lower carbonation, and little lacing. Taste is apple, caramel malt, and nutmeg.

Refrigerated 12 oz. aluminum can poured into glass. Slightly hazy golden with small white head. Aroma is malt, medium body, medium carbonation, and no lacing. Taste is creamy malt.

Sampler at the brewery. Sampler at the brewery. Beautiful dark orange clear, full bodied. Faint aroma. Rich sweet malt taste, with a satisfying long malty finish. Most of the beers tried from this brewery are lackluster to be kind, but this one is worthy.

Dark brown opaque. Medium body. Vinegar aroma, with a very astringent taste and truly nasty finish. Avoid this one.

Sampler at brewery, dark yellow clear. Faint funk and malt aroma, lot of funk in the taste, and quite unpleasant astringent finish.

On tap at Bricks and Barrels. Clear golden with small white head. Aroma is light wheat esters. Aroma is off wheat esters, medium body, lower carbonation, and little lacing. Taste is off wheat esters.
