Taster at brewery. Pale golden with small ring of white head . Light, sweet aroma, hint of Belgian yeast. Taste is also light and sweet, a bit more of the yeast comes through. Pretty subdued, what the Belgians would call a table beer.

Taster at brewery. Bright golden, small, wispy head. Aroma and tadte bith point to a big grain bill, some sweetness (adjuncts?corn?). Pretty much grainy throughout, definitely a lager, not much of a hops presence. Smooth, creamy.

On tap at the Boise brewpub. Pale light yellow golden with a thick lastin soapy off-white head. Lots of clean sharp bitter hop character. Harsh and biting. Well attenuated and quite dry.

On tap at the Boise brewpub. Clear golden with a thin quick coarse white head. Light pale cereal malts in the aroma and flavor. Some brewery maltiness at the end. I’m picking up a little peppery character as well.
