Bottle from Albertsons. Nice wheat bouquet, soft golden pour, taste follows, pure bread, but finishes flat. Perhaps bottle is not fresh enough, but this was a huge letdown

On Tap at the Boise BP Slightly hazy golden with a hin fizzy lacing ring. Huge sweet apple and cinnamon aroma. Lots of apples and sweetness inthe flavors and plenty of cinnamon redhots and a bit of the sizzle for the peppers. Great balance, of (pretty high) sweetness and the spiciness to balance. Delicious but a desert sipper.

On Tap at the Boise BP Dep redish brown with ruby edges and highlights. Brief wispy light tan head. Quite roasty and and woody. Fairly mild and easy. A little astringent but smooth and soft. The typically bitter and harsh rye is subdued and mild. NIce dark beer.

On Tap at the Boise BP Clear mahogany with redish edges. Soft roasty aroma, some coffee and soot. The pumpkin/gourd character is very light and subtle. Which I appreciate. Too many of these are just to pumpkin pie-ish. Mellow, dark and a clean slick palate. Quite nice.

On Tap at the Boise BP Cloudy pale yellow witha thin but lasting skin of off white bubbles. Very faint almost non-existent aroma. At first I thought it might have been the cider. Light sweet pale maltiness flavor but a big sizzling pepper kick. Burns all the way down. It works though and the sweet malts temper the fire. Quite a bit of sugars still in this, I’m betting thats intentional. Thank goodness. Interesting and tasty.

Confirmed by the server at the Boise BP a new beer simply called Edge IPA Briefly referred to it as a "project" IPA but did not elaborate Hazy deep golden thin soapy head and lacing Mix of resinous and citrus flavors decent body but I would not have guessed so high IBU Standard IPA and good if a bit tame

Revisit again, 4/12/2020 - Bottle from Albertsons. Deep golden body, persistent creamy head, rings of lacing. Caramel aroma with a hoppy edge. Taste flips this, moving the hops up front, sharp and biting, piney with a nice undercurrent of sweet caramel malts. Pretty smooth. Prior: 3.5 - Nice looking pour, high frothy head, leaves sticky coating on glass. Nice hoppy aroma, but a bit gentle for an IIPA. Taste picks up the pace a bit, piny hoppiness, and finish ups the ante with a sharp bite and some warmth. Decent beer. Earlier Rating: 5/15/2014 Total Score: 3.9 Nice smooth double, medium amber with thin head, good lacing. Bitterness embraces but doesn’t overpower. Astringent and long finish.

Tap @ Edge. Light yellow pour with a nominal white head. Nose is fragrant with apple and light cinnamon. Fresh and crisp. Cinnamon and apples go so well together and that is just what I get in the taste. No real notice of the hot peppers, in taste or smell, but about a quarter of the way through the pint I started to pick up some heat in the back of my throat. It builds a little, but remains enjoyable. Produced a burb that tasted like a red hot. Great stuff, probably my favorite cider to date.

Tap @ Edge. Pours a dark brown, near black, topped with a thick finger of creamy brown head. Nose is mostly roast and some lighter sweet notes. Taste is roast and bittersweet, heavy anise in the finish. About halfway through the serving the anise really started to take over, IMO. Too much. Nice body weight; less anise would probably improve my rating by a few points.

Tap @ Edge. Very dark brown pour, served in a small snifter, and topped with a thin ring of creamy beige head. Has the light aroma of pumpkin pie spices; mainly cinnamon and nutmeg. A little bit of roast. Taste is moderate in spice with lighter roasty notes, faintly bittersweet. IMO this was a smoother drink than little brother squash buckler, but less intense flavor.
