On Tap at the Boise BP Pale hazy golden with a trace of an off-white head dissipating quickly. Sweet light grain aromas and flavors. Plenty of pilsner and ML flavors. Noticeable booziness and a slick feel. Just tastes big and a bit evil.

On Tap at the Boise BP Lightly hazy pale golden with a thin lacey head and lacing. Very light and pale flavors. Not very Belgian-y Seems to be plenty of noble hops, fairly Pilsnerish in this way. Still, mild and pleasant with a decent IBU kick at the end,.

On Tap at the Boise, BP Clear deep redish brown with a small thin light tan head. Mild light roasted brown ale type aroma. Sharp biting american strong, type flavors. Well attenuated, and dry. Plenty of bittering. Clean palate and quite a bite at the end. A strange pseudo-style

Very smooth and light bodied for a stout, barrel aging takes off some of the sweetness, but doesn’t overpower it with whiskey essence either. This would be a good starter stout for someone unfamiliar with the style. Black body, kind of flat minimal beige head. Light aroma and taste.

Not much separating this from a lager. Very pale golden, small but clingy white head. Faint grainy aroma, taste is again mostly grain, slightly dry finish. Not what I was expecting for a malt liquor.

Tap @ BP. Pours yellow with a creamy white head. Nose is musty, grainy, and earthy… not bad, probably better than most for the style. The taste is grain, light florals, a bit musty, and earthy. No hint of ABV whatsoever. For a malt liquor, this is insanely smooth.

Tap @ BP. Deep brown pour with a small brown head. Nose is mild roast with lighter spicy rye notes and faint chocolate. The flavor is more roast oriented than rye; it resides in the background. Lightly spicy with a subtle sweetness and more roast. Good. One of the better brews I’ve had here.

Tap @ BP. Pours somewhat of a pale golden color, topped with a finger of white head. The nose is mildly spicy, just a hint of chili peppers with light grain. The pepper is mild, at first, more head coming on the back end. Taste is mild, but mostly the peppers. Heat level is approachable for most people, I’d assume. Easily drinkable. Nice weight and texture.

Tap @ BP. Color is more chestnut than amber, topped with a finger of creamy beige head. Not a huge nose, but hoppy and lightly bready. Tastes floral and nuttly, somewhat earthy, and crisp.

Tap @ BP. Straw colored pour with a moderate white cap. Nose is light citrus and faint spice. Nicely sweet, a touch of the citrus shines through, and not so much spice that it gets in the way. The coriander is moderate, which I appreciate. Probably on the sweeter side of the witbiers, but I think I may prefer it this way. Not too shabby.
