Wrongly classified s a witbier, although light in body for a Belgian strong. Swetish aroma, pale golden (very pale) with thin head. Aroma of honey, sweet breads, some floral/meadow. No evidence of high ABV. Taste is mellow, sweet, more honey.

Nice smooth barleywine, just enough of a bite to let you know to watch out. Clear light amber, aroma of malt first, hint of hops. Taste brings hops up front, some wood, earth. Enjoyable!

Lighter in body and sweeter than expected, but an interesting take on the style. Some cough syrup sweetness at first taste, plums, prunes in the aroma. Second taste reveals moe (ad possibly to much) sweetness. Dark brown/purple, best handled in small doses. No alcohol warmth however.

On tap at bier thirty. Pours out a dark brown almost black topped with a small head. Nose is all smoke dirty socks and some grapefruit juice. Taste is worse than the nose. Tons of smoke and the only hint of hops is the grapefruit pithy bitterness all the way to the end.

On tap at the Boise BP Cloudy pale apricot color. Slight skin of a head. Faint and pale. Sessionable indeed. Just a slight IBU nip at the end. Very soft carbonation, cask-like actually as it is a bit warm.

On Tap at the Boise BP Clear light orange amber. Soapy white head. Some pepper in the aroma a lot in the flavor. Very hot. Sizzling., Overcomes the IBU hoppiness and a lingering burn after the sip. Clean and crisp and a lot of heat. Almost hurts...but I like it.

On Tap at the Boise BP Dark Brown/Black witha thich milky skin of a head on top. Mild soft roast aromas, Light bitter chocolate flavors, and a smooth nitro pallate. A very "easy" stout that will make people that think they dont like "dark beers" think twice.

On Tap at the Boise BP, from the "pilot system" Hazy very pale orange with a huge white pillowy head that receded rather quickly. Tart apple aroma. Very slight beery notes. Dry and lightly tart flavors, again the strawberry and the rhubarb were very faint. Soft carbonation, and a woody apple pulp flavor trailer. Pleasant.
