Nice IPA from Boise’s newest brewer. Aroma of hops, pine and some citrus, Medium gold with active head, subsiding to small foamy cover. Taste is more bitter hops, which linger long after.

On Tap at the Boise BP Hazy light yellow/orange. Terrific aroma of apples and red-hots candy. Dry apple flavor, the cinnamon is less in the flavor as I expected, compliments well. Enough sweetness to make this very drinkable and pleasant. Dry squeaky finish. Very tasty.

On Tap at the Boise BP Black with a small light tan head. Aroma of roasted malts, but quite a bit of the hoppiness. The hops are also quite prominent in the flavor. The lighter body/FG and the rather high hop component makes me think of a big CDA/Black IPA

On Tap at the Boise BP Crystal clear light golden orange with a faint wispy white head that faded quickly. Very nice aroma of Belgian fruitiness, apples and bananas. Belgian flavors leaning more to the fruitiness and less of the spices. Soft and velvety with some buttery hints and a little ABV burn at the end. Very drinkable and surprising at over 10%.

On Tap at the Boise BP Very hazy light orange/yellow with a full and sturdy white pillowy head. Big heavy rings of lacing. Muted hoppy aroma and lots of citrus pith flavor. The fresh hop flavor doesn’t seem to stand out as much as their Pale, This is more bitter though and just has a bigger fuller body and feel. Some citrusy sweetness also at the end.

On Tap at the Boise BP Crystal clear very light pale orange/amber. Bright hoppy aroma and flavor. Plenty bitter (55IBU) and nice fresh hop flavors. Light bodied, well attenuated and clean. A bit papery on the bitter trailer. A Pale not for the faint of heart.

On Tap at the Boise BP Clear rather dark chestnut color. Mild woody aroma, dry fairly sharp flavor. Woody tanins and pretty big IBU punch for an Amber. Dry and clean. Well done.

On Tap at the Boise BP A touch of haze with a thin white ring. Soft wheat aroma with a little more hop note than I expected. Dry and clean with again, a bit more IBU bite than I expected.
