On tap at Second Line, pours a deep dark brown with a small beige head. Aroma brings out gentle bourbon barrels, a touch of sugars, and a hint of vanillin. Flavour is gentle, with subtle bourbon barrels, low sugars, and toasted malt. Pretty subtle, with a whiskey character on the finish. Surprisingly light and subtle for what it is. Solid.

On tap at Second Line, pours a clear pale golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma reveals very light grassiness and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is not hoppy at all, with straw and crisp crackery malt. Needs more hops but it's clean at least. Meh.

On tap at The Chimes - East, pours a hazy golden orange with a small white head. Nose is somewhat rustic and peppery, with black pepper, orange zest and some rustic saison yeast. Flavour is on the drier side, with crunchy, earthy saison yeast, a hint of orange, and light black pepper. Nothing resembling an authentic saison but it's really not bad.
