Draft at the brewery taproom. Pours mostly clear gold with a creamy, white head. The nose has biscuit, faint citrus, straw. Light sweet flavour with bready, biscuity pale malts, some cereal, pale grains, low bitterness. Light bodied with average carbonation. Moderately clean on the finish, with hints of lemon peel, more biscuit, hay. Fine overall.
