Pour black with a medium sized tan head, good lacing. Aroma of dark roast coffee and chocolate. Flavors of roasted coffee, ashy, grainy and chocolate. Thin mouthfeel
A nice coffee beer, but some body would really help this

bottle - Pours dark brown with a light tan head and a mild roast malt aroma. The flavor is of roast malt and coffee. It’s light to medium bodied and watery. The flavor is alright but it’s just weak... the body, flavor, everything.

22oz bomber pours with a mahogany body and amber edges supporting a light tan head of foam. The aroma offers up a pleasing earthy dark roasted maltiness, slivers of toffee, burnt malts and a touch of chocolate malts. Mighty nice. The taste is similar and comes across very nicely with dark roasted malts and highly roasted malts tempered by earthy slightly chocolate like roasted malts and a sense of malt sweetened toffee. Wow! Solid big flavor rich porter. 4% is money here.

22oz bomber with 126 022513 numbering on the label pours with a deep slightly hazy gold body with bright gold edges and supporting a thin white head. The modest aroma offers up semi sweet banana and faint sugary malts. The taste has a mix of thin sweet malts and sweet pear to apple fruity esters flowing into faint banana. Over the top of these notes is a wafer thin cloud of floral like noble hops. No a big fan of this as it doesn’t seem to come together too well.

22oz bomber picked up at Smiths in Herriman, UT. Pours with a clear copper body and then gold edges supporting a semi creamy semi cobweb-y tan head of foam. The mild aroma offers up sweet malts and some light citrus candy that seem a bit gummy bear like. The taste of this 4%-er is light and on the thin side with malt sweetness, light soft and not at all bitter citrus hops and a faint earthy hoppiness. It attempts to gain an IBU or two towards the finish. Not great but when you’re hampered by the Mormon’s and their silly beer laws, what are you gonna do?

Sampled from a 22 oz brown bottle this beer poured a black color with a small creamy tan head that left a bit of lacing. The aroma was dry, roasty and a touch woody. The flavor was dry, bitter and roasty with hints of vanilla, wood and coffee. Medium length dry bitter finish with lingering coffee and vanilla. Medium body. Fairly blah.

Bottle thanks to Mikey. This was a special brew made for the movie festival I believe. Pours a clear copper color with a medium white head. A light sweet nose of caramel and fruity hops. This has aged a bit and the hops now resemble more marmalade and light candied fruit, sweet, caramel, smooth and clean. Good.
