Description
Musa is a beer for folks who think “I really feel like having a beer” made by folks who think “I really feel like brewing beer”. We used recipes from the olden days and traditional craftsman methods to create a revolutionary beer. So revolutionary it should wear a beret instead of a cap.

330ml bottle from the local Pingo Doce, Lapa, Lisbon. Pours deep gold, good white head. Aroma is fresh hoppy grapefruit. Taste is crisp, zesty with a zippy bitterness. Nice enough IPA.

330ml bottle from the local Pingo Doce, Lapa, Lisbon. Pours black, medium thinning pale tan topping. Aroma is burnt malt, chocolate, wood. Perhaps a little fizzy, but not too off-putting. Some subtle roast, cocoa hints, woody edge, nice harmonious blend. Pretty decent.

Keg @ Duque Brewpub, Lisbon. Pours dark, medium pale tan topping. Aroma speaks of chocolate, coffee, dark malts. Taste is smooth with coffee coming more to the forefront, gently allowing milky cocoa to move into view. Soft roast, light bitterness. Good porter.
