Description
Musa is a beer for folks who think “I really feel like having a beer” made by folks who think “I really feel like brewing beer”. We used recipes from the olden days and traditional craftsman methods to create a revolutionary beer. So revolutionary it should wear a beret instead of a cap.

AROMA: predominant and medium hop aroma with grapefruit, some resin and slight floral notes. almost neutral malt background with a slight sweet presence. APPEARANCE: light orange color and clear. medium white to off-white head with good retention. TASTE: similar to the aroma with medium hop notes (grapefruit, resin and slight grassy-green). slightly sweet malt background with a faint toffee-like character. medium to medium-high bitterness with an almost dry and bitter finish. PALATE: medium-low body with average carbonation. OVERALL: a nice IPA with american hops.

AROMA: medium hop aroma with notes of grapefruit, slight pineapple and pine. medium-low to low malty-sweet background with slight toasty notes. APPEARANCE: light amber color and slightly hazy. medium ivory head with average retention. TASTE: medium hop flavor with pine-like notes and slightly floral. medium-low malty-sweet background with an slight toffee character. medium-high to high bitterness with a dry and bitter finish. PALATE: medium-light body with medium-high carbonation. OVERALL: a Session Red IPA with ok notes.

AROMA: slight metalic note, followed by a low hop presence (grassy). soft, neutral and slightly malty-sweet background. clean lager profile. APPEARANCE: gold color and clear. large white head with medium retention. TASTE: similar to the aroma with a low hop note (grassy), followed by a slightly sweet neutral malt background. clean lager profile. medium bitterness with a dry and bitter finish. PALATE: medium-light body with high carbonation. faint astringency. OVERALL: a good german pils-like lager with a nice hop touch.
