Associated Venue: Jaanihanso Ciderhouse
Established in 2013
The renovation story of the estate has been in sync with our own growing pains. Some years with larger construction works, some years not that much, but there has been constant mutual bettering. In 2013, when the last bits of the house had been refurbished, the car had to move out from its brand-new pigsty-turned-garage to make room for cider. Famously, a garage is the best place to start a venture.

Pours clear and very pale light yellowish with a fizzy head. Aroma of tart fruits, hints of earthy malts, hops, mild sourness and pear. Taste is dry, tartish and sweet with some pear, hints of earthiness and fruits. Finish dry, sweetish and juicy with hints of pear. A decent cider. Not much hops left here.

0,33L bottle, BB 05.12.2015. Pours yellow with whiteish head. The head doesn’t stay. Aroma is fruity, some sweetness, apples, citrus, grapefruit, some dryness. Flavor is sour and bitter with some sweetness, apples, citrus, some yeast, and hint of alcohol. Finish is dry with some sweetness. Carbonation is rather high, body is on the thin side. Overall: nice one, drinkability is really good.
