Poured up on tap at the brewpub where it exhibits a crystal clear gold body with endless bubble trails supporting a nice white head. The aroma offers up sugary malt sweetness, cereal to cracker like malts and sweetened floral hops. The taste delivers sweet malts, bitter floral hops, a dash of sweetened lime and then a sugary yet cracker malt sensation. Toward the finish some esters show up creating sort of a Fruit Loop cereal flavor. At times it seems a little mineral to medicinal like. Overall this is a bit too sweet and lacks the crispness I enjoy in this style.
