Draft at the brewery, 11/15/13. Pours a clear dark brown color with a thin frothy tan head. Decent head retention. Aroma of big pumpkin spice, tart pumpkin, mild earth and roast. The taste is roasted malts, pumpkin, mild fruits and a spicy finish. Medium bodied.

4oz pour at the brewery. Pours a clear, light gold with a ring of white head. Nose has lemon, yogurt, dandelion. Flavor is very tart, lemon, dandelion, chrysanthemum, grapefruit. Very tart finish without being acidic.

Hazy brown with a ring of white head. Nose of spice and vanilla, brown sugar, some clove, candied yam. Flavor has a punch of cinnamon, vanilla, roasted root veg, Brown sugar. Sweet finish. Not bad.

4oz pour at the brewery. Pours a hazy grapefruit color with a ring of white head. Nose is cherry, grapefruit, wheat, lime, lacto. Flavor is very tart, cherry, grapefruit juice, rose water, lemon. Very tart finish, but not acidic.

Sampled at the brewery. Inky brown with a ring of white head. Nose of sugar, candy, yeast, plum. Big sweet plum flavor, candy sugar, clove, brown sugar. Sweet finish.

Draft at the brewery. Pours a hazy yellow color with a thin white head. Very tart lactic aroma with citrus, caramel, mild earth. The taste is tart lactic notes, sour citrus, scuppernong grapes, green apples. Medium bodied, low carbonation, strong tartness. Quite nice.
