Can: Hazy, amber-orange with a thick yellow-beige head. Aroma is caramel, maybe a hint of rye..... Taste has woody/fruity notes, caramel and grain malt. Some herbal spicing. Very malty.....pretty good.

Can. Lemon, apple, biscuit malt, and wood aroma. Cloudy golden yellow with large light tan head. Mildly sweet apple, biscuit malt, and moderately bitter wood/quinine flavor. Good body. Nice.

Draft. Dirty looking beer. I get papaya extract juice and lots of juice hops. No acrid hops and low bitterness. Not quite like the best but a good stab.

Brown color, looks like a brown ale rather than a porter. Mild hoppiness. Watered brown bread with light unfermented malts. Comes of a bit as a kvass. Has a mineral feel.

A little dicetyl, which does not work well with west coast moderate hoppiness of the beer. Amber color. I’ll give it another try, hoping this was a flaw.

Draft at Alewife Baltimore. Pours a clear amber. Has a malty aroma of caramel and earth. Light fruity notes. A bit of grass and some spice. Slightly herbal. Malty flavor, good bit of bitterness to the close. Hint of butter. Okay.
