Description
We are a family-owned farm brewery founded in 2012 (opened in 2015). From plow to pint, our focus is small batch hand crafted beer with fresh ingredients.
Comfortably nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains in Bluemont, Virginia, our 10bbl brewhouse delivers traditional brewing style ales and many unigue farm fresh seasonals. The name "Dirt Farm" pays homage to our farming heritage that spans three generations in Loudoun County. We are grateful to work and play surrounded by our family and friends. We welcome you to bring yours here to the farm.

Draft at the First LoCo Brew Festival. Poured a very bright, dark ruby red color with a small wispy pink head. Clear. Aroma was light sweet cherry skin notes. Flavor was cherry skins and cherry pits with some light Belgian notes. Not sickly sweet.

Draft at the First LoCo Brew Festival. Poured a light yellow color with a small white head. Aroma was light sweetness, touch of hops, not a blast of hops though. Flavor was a little less crisp than most session IPAs seem to be, a touch more body than most too. Hops are a little less citrus. Worth checking out again.
