Along with 3 Flagships the brewery continually produces an endless line of one off specialty beers. Brewmaster John Berkness hand crafts batch after batch one barrel at a time. Recently rated the best brewery in South Dakota in 2016 by Ratebeer.com

Draft - Pale malts and grapefruit citrus. Hazy copper with a decent white head. Light grapefruit, very light bitterness, almost too light. A balanced beer that is almost too light, especially in the bitterness.

Bindle Stiff Dark Ale from Gandy Dancer Brew Works

Draft - Dark malts, bourbon barrel notes, chocolate and vanilla. Jet black with a decent beige head. Tons of barrel and booze, chocolate sweetness, vanilla and a boozy sweet finish. Too much barrel.
