Description
We brew unique beers, one barrel at a time
We also offer wines, hard ciders, a locally focused snack menu, and a generally laid back Wisconsin tavern vibe. In fact, the only thing we don’t offer are the answers to life’s greatest questions... although some say they can be found at the bottom of a glass.

Tap at One Barrel. Starts off like a reasonable session-bock, but by the end is more reminiscent of a lifeless amber ale. Toffee, nut-brown tendencies. Not much going on. Medium, almost light bodied.

Tap at One Barrel. Unfiltered orange-brown, glowing and yeasty. Patchy, creamy white head. Very sweet and sugary, with some interesting apricot, fruity Belgian yeast tones. Not much depth or balance, but has a nice flavor. Raisin, prune, plum. Boozy, amateur production.
