Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a hazy gold with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma hs notes of earthy grain and straw with a bit of grassy hops. Flavor combines earthy grain and wet grass with a hint of bitterness.

On tap @ the Bridge with Homer321, jcnielsen, and brokensail. Pours a bit hazy, dark amber appearance with a tan head. Some caramel and bready notes in the nose with a bit of earthy hops. Flavor is pretty clean though kind of boring. Dull herbal hops. Toffee. Caramel. OK.

Pour is a black with almost no head at all. Aroma is not real big. Some roasted malt but that’s about it. Flavor is better with a nice roast and coffee. Finish is dry and leaves a bit of the char on the tongue. Maybe a bit thin but is has plenty to offer. Dryer than most milk stout’s I’ve had.

Pour is a copper with a small white head. Aroma is biscuit malt with a nice floral hop. Flavor is at first toffee malts with some earth and finishes with some spicy hops. The mouth feel is heavy like the water came from some dank ancient well. This was a very well made true to the style beer.
