Draft at source. Dark brown color. Aroma is alcohol, fruit, a little wet scotch Ale like malts and leaves and soil. A little sweet syrup. Toffee toasty aroma. Flavor is surprisingly light with sweet light fruits and alcohol essence. Not astringent. Not too sweet or fruity. Short finish. Real nice brewpub version.

Pour is a clear brownish with a small white head. Aroma is a small roast with some toffee. Flavor is a super dry dark bread with some caramel. Finish is very dry and bready. Don’t know why this is considered a winter lager but it’s a decent bock.
