On tap at GTOM. Pours hazy copper with frothy off white head. The aroma is apple skin and toasted malt. Slick body, apple, bready malt, spice, nice tartness, very good.

Pint can thanks to Drake! Clear dark brown (not quite black) with a small beige-tan head. Roasted peanuts, chocolate nose. Roasted peanuts, dark chocolate, lactose. Somewhat candied flavor, but not cheap-tasting.

Bottle thanks to Drake! Pours black and I could see haze as it flowed from the bottle into my glass. Dusting of a head. Nose is somewhat artificial: sweet hazelnuts, chocolate candy. Flavor is quite sweet, tastes a bit murky. Chocolate candy, hazelnuts. A bit thin, though again murky and gritty. Not loving this.

Pint can from a random Kwik Trip, 3/4/2021. Most likely Winneconne. Black, large frothy tan head, good retention. Aroma of roast, chocolate, peanut butter. Taste is peanut butter, cherry, lactose, chocolate, vanilla. Medium bodied, smooth, slick, nearly still. Decent.

The aromas are malt, with a little toast, toffee and hints of fruit. Flavors are like nose, on the sweet side, but with good carbonation and just enough toast and bitter to balance. Decent beer for the style.

Pint can with many thanks to Drake! Pours black, brown head. Chocolate, cinnamon, cocoa, cream nose. Cinnamon, chocolate, vanilla, coffee beans, roasted malty, brown sugar. Nice balance in the spice. Really good.
