About
The Snowy Mountain Brewery & Pub is nestled inside the Saratoga Hot Springs Resort in South Central Wyoming. The famous pub, with a throw-back to the wild west, is adorned with big game mounted on the walls and bar stools made with six-shooters and patinated saddles.
The microbrew keeps many pub favorites on tap all year-long, while periodically brewing holiday hop's concoctions. If you're on the go... pick up a Growler of your favorite brew.

On draft at the brewpub. Pours a clear copper with an off white head. Grassy flavors with spicy rye notes and maybe a bit of citrus lurking about. Pretty tasy.

On tap at the brewpub it is a clear golden color with a slight head. The aroma is malty and the taste is strong bitter taste that ends a metallic finish with a hint of citrus

Poured from a cool looking, swing top, Growler at the Harmony Hops and Hope Cancer Society event in Casper.
A deep amber brown colour, small head of foam, a bit of lacing.
Smells like a Scotch Ale with strong caramel malt and a bit of roasted malts.
Definitely scotch like flavour going on, caramel malt there but not as sweet as the smell suggested. Very little bitterness going on as the style would demand. Pretty tasty..good to sip on a cold winter night.
Lighter body than I thought it would be with with very low carbonation..the weakest point of the brew.
Easy drinker for the abv and ignoring the mouth feel, a nice brew.

24k gold colour, 1" head of foam with good lacing.
The smell was very balanced. Hop, malt, some notes of rye. None dominated but the aroma was very nice/.
The taste was equally balanced. Nice sweet notes from the malt, an equally proportioned amount of bitterness, some spicy rye notes. Very nice taste and easy to drink.
I was going to vote this as the best beer for the event but Snake River Pako’s was also there and I couldn’t help myself by passing the vote to anything other than the Pako’s. Definitely a beer to try if you get the chance though.

Sampled at the local Fall Festival.
A deep red pour with a decent head of foam and good retention.
The smell was on the hoppy side with notes of citrus fruit and a bit of pine.
The taste was disappointing. I’d call it a real rough taste with an abundance of bitter notes but no real harmony.
Medium bodied, medium carbonation. Still, it did not feel smooth.
Drinkability? The one pour was more than enough. That being said, the other 2 brews they brought were delicious.

The smell had some light floral and mild caramel notes adding a slight rye ever so slight in the background.
The taste was floral and sweet through the caramel and rye spices.
On the palate, this one sat fairly light and pretty sessionable.
Overall, good Rye Beer with added complexities to assist in making a fairly fine brew.
